Is Gingrich that dumb?
From Politico, Newt Gingrich said this at a church in San Antonio, Texas:
"I have two grandchildren — Maggie is 11, Robert is 9," Gingrich said at Cornerstone Church here. "I am convinced that if we do not decisively win the struggle over the nature of America, by the time they're my age they will be in a secular atheist country, potentially one dominated by radical Islamists and with no understanding of what it once meant to be an American."
His version of hell is a country dominated by secular atheist radical islamists?
Is he that dumb? This is one of the luminaries of the Republican party? oy vey!

Aeropelican FSX video
Jeroen Doorman, one of the most talented FSX video makers I know has come up with a new one yesterday.
This one showcases ORBX’s Aeropelican (YPEC), a beautiful area on the East coast of Australia, and a place I like to fly around often in Flight Simulator FSX.
Well done Jeroen! And kudos to ORBx for producing such a great scenery.

I have been visiting Zoo Miami for the last three weekends in a row, enjoying Miami's excellent weather this time of year and our great zoo. Hope you like the images of the birds in the aviary.

NASA’s Messenger probe about to orbit Mercury
If all goes well, NASA's Messenger probe will enter orbit Thursday March 17, when it will become the first spacecraft in history to orbit the planet Mercury. It is then expected to spend the next year studying the planet, mapping Mercury's surface and investigating its composition and magnetic environment.
