Photo of the day
The St. Bernard de Clairvaux Church is a medieval Spanish monastery cloister which was built in the town of Sacramenia in Segovia, Spain, in the 12th century but dismantled in the 20th century and shipped to New York in the United States. It was eventually reassembled in North Miami Beach, Florida, where it is now an Episcopal church and tourist attraction. It is one of the oldest buildings in the Western Hemisphere.

Aston Martin DBS V12
A friend of mine writes for car magazines. He gets cars to test for a few days. Today he had an Aston Martin DBS V12 and he called me to take some pictures.
We were not too happy with the weather, light was too harsh, and unfortunately the car was black, but these are some of the ones I came up with:

Remembering Giordano Bruno
Today we remember Giordano Bruno (1548 - 1600), an Italian friar and astronomer who was burned at the stake by the Inquisition for proposing the heretical idea of heliocentrism and saying that the universe contains an infinite number of worlds maybe inhabited by other peoples. Imagine that!
So much for the church's tolerance and benevolence.
